Last updated: . The commercial terms that apply to quotations and orders.
Quotations are valid for 30 days from the date issued and are based on the fabric, quantity, trims and specifications stated at the time. Prices may be revised if specifications change materially or if raw material costs move significantly before order confirmation.
The standard minimum is 30 pieces per style. Sizes may be mixed within that quantity and a style may be split across up to three colours. Orders below the stated minimum are accepted only by prior agreement.
Sample fees are charged before sampling begins and are credited in full against bulk orders of 100 pieces or more. Sample production normally takes 5–7 working days, excluding shipping time. Sample garments remain our property until a bulk order is placed.
A 30% deposit is required to begin production, with the 70% balance due before shipment. Production starts only after deposit is received and the sample has been approved in writing. Accepted payment methods are T/T bank transfer, L/C, PayPal, Western Union, MoneyGram, major credit cards and Alibaba Trade Assurance.
Stated lead times are estimates counted from sample approval and deposit receipt. We will inform you promptly of any delay and give a revised delivery date. We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including customs holds, carrier delays and force majeure events.
Unless agreed otherwise, goods are shipped EXW. Risk passes to you when goods are handed to the carrier you nominate. On DDP terms we remain responsible until delivery at your address. Import duties, taxes and clearance fees are your responsibility unless DDP is agreed in writing.
Every order undergoes an AQL 2.5 inspection before packing, and the report is available to you. Any claim for defects must be made within 7 days of delivery, supported by photographs. Where a defect is confirmed to be our responsibility, we will repair, replace or credit the affected goods at our discretion.
Industry-standard tolerances apply: finished measurements may vary by ±1.5 cm, and delivered quantity may vary by ±3% of the ordered quantity. Colour matching is subject to a commercially acceptable shade tolerance between dye lots.
Your designs, patterns, prints, logos and brand assets remain your property. We will not produce your designs for any other party or use your branding in our own marketing without your written consent. We sign non-disclosure agreements on request.
Orders may be cancelled before production begins, in which case the deposit is refunded less any costs already incurred for materials and sampling. Once bulk production has started, cancellations are accepted only for costs already incurred.
Our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost sales, arising from production or delivery issues.
