Before Ordering

We designed our MOQ to be friendly for new and small brands. Ready-made stock styles have an MOQ of just 1 piece. Custom-made OEM / ODM styles are 100 pieces per style per colour, and sizes may be mixed freely within each colour. If even 100 pieces is too many for your very first order, tell us your plan and we will look for a practical solution together.

Yes. One order can contain multiple styles and colours, and everything can be shipped together. The MOQ of 100 pcs applies per style per colour — for example, 3 styles in 2 colours each means 6 × 100 = 600 pieces in total.

For a custom style please send us: style / design details (tech pack, photos or sketches); fabric preference (composition and gsm, or let us recommend); colours (Pantone numbers, photos or swatches); sizes and size distribution; quantity and target delivery date; decoration details (print, embroidery, lace, rhinestones); and labelling / packaging requirements.

No — every style is quoted individually because fabric, trims, decoration, sizing and finishing differ. Instead of a fixed list, tell us your target price and we will offer 2–3 fabric and detail options so you can choose the best balance of look, quality and margin.

We quote EXW (our factory in Taizhou), FOB Ningbo, FOB Shanghai and CIF as you prefer. The goods price and freight are always quoted separately, and we are happy to arrange shipping with our forwarder or work with yours.

Sample charge: USD 60 per set. Lead time: about 7 days from the moment all details are confirmed and materials are ready. The USD 60 covers fabric, trims, labour and pattern work. Delivery is charged separately at cost.

We are flexible: your physical sample, pictures / design sketches / a tech pack, or colours matched to Pantone, photos or swatches. We also suggest small construction improvements where they save cost or improve fit — you stay in control of the final design.

Yes — every additional sample set is charged at USD 60. You can order the same style in several colours or sizes. For custom dyed colours we can also make shade lab dips so you approve the exact colour before bulk dyeing.

No problem — revisions are a normal part of product development. The first sample is USD 60; any modified / re-sampled version is charged separately depending on the extent of the change and fabric involved. We always confirm the exact charge before starting a revision.

Samples are sent by international express — DHL, FedEx or UPS — usually door-to-door in 3–7 working days. The express cost is charged at cost: we can send a payment link, or you can provide your own courier account number.

Bulk production normally takes 10–30 days after we receive the deposit and all final confirmations, depending on style complexity, fabric availability, quantity and finishing. Standard satin styles usually finish in 15–20 days. Tell us your required date when asking for a quote and we will confirm a clear production schedule.

Step 1: send your inquiry with styles, fabrics, colours, sizes, quantity and target price. Step 2: receive our quotation and swatches if needed. Step 3: confirm sample details; we make the sample in about 7 days. Step 4: approve the sample and confirm the purchase order. Step 5: pay the 30% deposit. Step 6: production with milestone updates. Step 7: final QC and third-party inspection if desired; pay the 70% balance. Step 8: we ship and send documents.

Our core expertise is woven homewear in satin and mulberry silk. We also regularly work with cotton poplin / lawn, double gauze / muslin, viscose / rayon, brushed cotton / flannel, velvet, terry towelling, waffle weave, and knit bases including jersey, rib, interlock, french terry and fleece.

Our signature satin & silk — our polyester satin is 95% polyester / 5% spandex in 90–110 g/m² — smooth, lustrous, wrinkle-resistant and with comfortable stretch. For premium programmes we use 100% mulberry silk satin / charmeuse in 19, 22 or 25 momme.

Yes. We can match your colour from a Pantone number, a photo or a physical swatch. For shade-critical colours we recommend approving a lab dip before bulk dyeing. Please allow a small colour tolerance between dye lots, which is normal across the textile industry.

Yes — we are glad to send a swatch card of our fabrics so you can feel the quality before committing. Swatches are free of charge; only the courier cost is at your side, or we can add it to your sample shipment.

Yes — we can produce custom printing, embroidery, lace trims and applique, rhinestone and bead decoration, and details such as piping, ruffles, bows and contrast binding, in any combination. Send us your artwork or a reference photo and we will make a mock-up or sample for your approval before production.

Yes. We provide woven neck labels and main labels, printed labels, size labels and care labels, as well as custom hang tags. All labelling follows your artwork and the labelling rules of your target market.

Yes. Standard packaging includes poly bags and export cartons. For retail-ready presentation we can add custom boxes, paper pouches, tissue wrapping, ribbons or other branded packaging, and eco-friendly options are available as well.

Vector formats such as AI, PDF or EPS are ideal; high-resolution PSD or PNG also works. Please make sure text is outlined and minimum font sizes are respected for woven labels — if unsure, send us the artwork and we will advise.

We are a direct manufacturer. Cutting, sewing, printing, embroidery and packing are all coordinated within our process, so you communicate directly with the team that makes your garments, quality is checked at every stage, and there is no middleman mark-up.

Incoming fabric is checked before cutting. In-line QC at cutting, sewing, ironing and finishing. Every piece passes a final check before packing, and packed cartons are verified against the packing list. You can add an independent pre-shipment inspection by any third party, and we share production photos and videos with you at each milestone.

Yes — with pleasure. We can send real, unedited photos and videos of our workshop, production lines and current orders by email or WhatsApp whenever you ask. If you are curious about a specific process, we will record it for you.

Both are welcome. You can book a live video tour at a time that suits you, or visit us in person at our address in Taizhou. Please let us know a few days in advance so we can arrange a proper tour.

Our adult women's range is S, M, L, XL, 2XL, 3XL and 4XL. Children's sizes are also available. Every style has its own exact measurement chart, which we send for approval together with the sample.

Yes. Send us your measurement spec or size chart and we will grade the pattern accordingly, then verify the fit on the sample.

Payment terms: 30% deposit to confirm the order and start production; the remaining 70% paid before shipment. Accepted methods: bank T/T transfer, L/C, PayPal, Western Union, MoneyGram and major credit cards. For first orders we recommend Alibaba Trade Assurance.

Yes — we fully support Alibaba Trade Assurance. You can place the order directly through our Alibaba.com store. Trade Assurance protects your payment and provides an on-time-shipment guarantee.

Yes. We keep a ready-stock programme of popular satin and silk styles with an MOQ of just 1 piece, so you can test sales before investing in customisation. Ask us for the current stock list with photos and prices.

Yes. Besides producing to your designs (OEM), we support product development: based on your reference pictures, target customer and budget, we recommend suitable fabrics, silhouettes and trims. Tell us your target retail price and we will build the product backwards from it.

A simple, low-risk path: first, order a few ready-stock pieces (from 1 pc) or a first sample set to check quality and fit; second, run a small custom order of one style in one or two colours (100 pcs per colour) to test the market; third, scale up the styles that sell.

Our factory observes the Chinese New Year holiday, usually about 1–2 weeks between late January and mid-February each year. We recommend planning seasonal orders ahead of the holiday and we always remind customers of cut-off dates in advance.
