Most factories structure their line around large orders and treat small runs as a favour. We reversed it: our sampling room and bulk lines are planned for 100- to 500-piece orders, which is why we can turn a sample around in about a week.

How Your Order Moves Through Production

01 · Design & Pattern

Your tech pack, sketch or sample is graded into a full-size set in CAD, then plotted as a paper pattern.

02 · Cutting

Fabric is laid, nested and cut to the pattern. Panels are bundled and tracked so matching pieces stay together.

03 · Sewing

Five production lines with in-line QC. Seam allowance, stitch density and symmetry are checked on the line.

04 · Printing & Embroidery

Logos, monograms and embellishment applied in-house on our embroidery floor, scheduled with your sewing line.

05 · Trimming & Ironing

Threads are trimmed by hand and every garment is steam-pressed and shape-set so it arrives retail-ready.

06 · Final Check & Packing

Every piece passes a final inspection before packing. Cartons are verified against the packing list; third-party inspection is welcome.

Quality control

Four Checkpoints Before Anything Ships

You receive photos and videos at every checkpoint. If we find a problem, you hear it from us first, not from your customer.

Incoming

Fabric, trims and accessories inspected on arrival. Off-spec materials are rejected, not used.

Inline

QC checks at cutting, sewing, ironing and finishing stages, catching defects while they can still be fixed.

Final

Every piece is checked before packing. We share production photos and videos with you at each milestone.

Pre-shipment

Carton count and packing list verification. You may arrange an independent third-party inspection before shipment.
